Delivery Charges

• Standard nationwide delivery: R89
• Free delivery on orders of R999 or more

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are normally delivered within 5–8 working days from the date the order is placed, depending on your location.

Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. This timeframe is an estimate, and unexpected courier delays may occur. We will notify you of significant delays.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and customer safety, we do not ordinarily accept voluntary returns of skincare or personal-care products that have been opened or used simply because a customer has changed their mind.

However, we honour all returns, cancellations and refunds required under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@beautifulwoman.co.za, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights. Where legally required, return transport will be arranged at our expense.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Where the statutory 7-day cooling-off right applies to an online purchase, customers may exercise that right in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

For other change-of-mind requests, we generally do not offer voluntary returns on opened or used personal-care products.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, within the timeframe required by applicable law.
