5. Shipping and Delivery
Beautiful Woman delivers nationwide throughout South Africa using Aramex.
Delivery charges:
• Standard nationwide delivery: R89
• Free delivery on orders of R999 or more
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 working days from the date the order is placed.
Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Unexpected courier delays may occur. We will notify customers of significant delays and honour their applicable rights.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not ordinarily offer voluntary change-of-mind returns on opened or used skincare and personal-care products.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, leaking or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photographs where possible.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Where the statutory cooling-off right applies, customers may exercise that right within the legally prescribed period.
